Week 1 — Your order is confirmed and the hair is carefully selected.

Week 2 — Each strand is carefully constructed and wefted by hand.

Week 3 — The wig is professionally colored by our head colorist.

Week 4 — The wig is plucked to a natural hairline and professionally styled.

Week 5 — Your wig is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Week 6 — Your wig is shipped and on its way to you.

As every Namaya wig is crafted with the highest level of quality and delivered on time, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Once your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to request any changes or amendments. This includes length changes, lace size changes, cap size changes, colour changes, and customisation requests.

After the 24-hour period, your order will have entered the production process. Once production has begun, we are unable to accept any changes or amendments to your order.

All orders are custom-made and require up to 6 weeks for production before they are shipped. Please note that processing time (the time taken to create your wig) and shipping time are two separate timeframes.

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are: Domestic 3–5 business days, International 5–7 business days.

Order Changes — Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes. This includes your delivery address, shipping method, or the items within your order.

Shipping Address — Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address and are unable to offer replacements or refunds in these cases.

Lost, Stolen or Missing Parcels — Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping courier. If your parcel is lost, stolen, or missing, we recommend contacting the courier directly to submit a claim.

Refunds — We do not offer refunds for orders marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service or courier to open an investigation.

Tracking Information — Your tracking number will be sent to the email address used when placing your order once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

International Orders — For orders shipped internationally, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply once your parcel reaches its destination. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in your shipping cost at checkout.

Every Namaya wig is custom-made to order and handcrafted to our signature standard. As each wig is created specifically for you, it is considered a personalised product.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, bespoke and personalised items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.

Due to the custom nature of our wigs and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless your item is received faulty or damaged.

We cannot accept a return if: the lace has been cut; the wig has been worn, styled, washed, or altered in any way; or the hygiene tag has been removed.

We kindly encourage you to review all product details, including length, colour, cap size, and lace options, before placing your order.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your Namaya wig is made especially for you and is therefore non-refundable unless deemed faulty upon arrival.

Our Namaya wigs are designed to provide a comfortable, secure, and natural fit. We offer three cap sizes to suit most head sizes: Small 21", Medium 22", and Large 23".

How to Measure — Using a soft measuring tape, measure the circumference of your head by placing the tape at your hairline, wrapping it behind your ears, around the nape of your neck, and back to the starting point. This measurement will determine your cap size.

Every Namaya wig is fitted with adjustable straps, allowing you to achieve a secure and more customised fit.

If your measurement falls outside of our standard size range, or if you're unsure which cap size is right for you, we recommend contacting our team via WhatsApp before placing your order. We're always happy to help you find your perfect fit.

Colour Disclaimer — We make every effort to display our wig colours as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and device displays, the colour of your unit may vary slightly from the images shown on our website.

Texture Disclaimer — All Namaya wigs are supplied in their natural straight texture unless otherwise stated. If you choose to curl your wig, please note that curls are temporary and will gradually return to the hair's natural straight texture after a few days or following washing.

Length Disclaimer — Please keep in mind that styling your wig will affect its visible length. Curled hair will always appear shorter than straight hair. Curling can reduce the visible length by up to 4 inches — for example, if you would like your hair to appear 26 inches when curled, we recommend selecting a 28–30 inch wig in its straight length.
